This is a great post. Many great (and good) minds have been preaching the art of good listening. Confucius, as controversial as many may criticize him to be, says “Among three people with whom you walk, one of them can be your teacher” — but only if you listen to him. As controversial as he may be, even Prof Jordan Peterson has a rule that says “Assume that the person you are listening to might know something you don’t.” Even if you are a person hight on your disagreeable trait, it would be hard to say that you disagree with this quote.
