Many thanks for this post. I have always been an ardent advocate of language learning, which is a good lifelong learning reinforcement in a form of a neat routine that is also good for your brain in a long-run (so, I always encourage my mother who is already 70 to be learning a new language alongside binge-watching Netflix). This is a good statistics showing us that adults can learn a new language by putting themselves in the zone of proximal development.
