As it seems as though you did not reflect on the experience of the author of this article and, simply put, only provide your own story -- which is great (and I enjoyed reading it and am very happy for your great time at a seemingly great company). Yet, it's not how we build a community of great learning. Instead, I'd like to learn about your take on the few important points that the author of the original article wrote about, e.g., pressure to perform, ambiguity-led confusion, surface-vs-reality, and the de facto culture of creativity?
