I like the lessons learned from this post very much. It begins strongly and ends powerfully. That said, I have one point to make as “I wish”:

I wish that there’s the mentioning that speaking loudly is also a sign of respect. That’s why we humans have invented a microphone amplifying the sound. So many times a day I have to be in a meeting whereby the speakers talk as if he thinks it could be heard by everyone when he’s basically talk to himself. I don’t think that speaking loudly is a sign of disrespect.
