I enjoy reading this. Many thanks to Dr Bell.

Social media trolls are the main reasons why I may want to quit using social media for good. They always conceal their real identities and use their anonimity to make someone feel disastisfied. It's a psychological thread that has been studied again ana again especially on those who are disastisfied with their own life, such as living condition, relationship, and so on (and strangely, not as closely related to the financial situation).

I am not quite sure to say that the lack of empathy is the reason why we have these trolls. They can empathize among themselves. I think what they lack is the understanding of other people's sense of achivements. No one kicks a dead dog. Trolls attack only people who are seeminly possesing what the trolls don't, be it fame, a lot of money, or that cup of new limited edition iced cafe latte. But with the limited understanding of that, the trolls find their joy in publically finding counterparts to form a coaliation of anonymity to together render these things worthless.
